The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Standards of Usage Manual (PDF) is designed to provide University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture employees with guidelines on the appropriate and acceptable use of the Division of Agriculture logo and name to be used in all Division of Agriculture educational and promotional materials distributed, transmitted, broadcast or delivered on behalf of the Division of Agriculture and its branches and sections.

Each employee of the Division of Agriculture should become familiar with the Standards of Usage and will adhere to the standards as stated within this manual.

Any request for programmatic logos will be directed to the Associate Vice President for Agriculture-Extension.

Any questions or interpretations regarding usage of the logo or name of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture or its branches may be directed to the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service Director of Communications and Marketing or Associate Head for Communication Services, Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station.

Logos

The Division graphics are now available in a PNG format.  There are graphics for Division of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service, and the Agricultural Experiment Station, and other program graphics. Our experience has been that PNG graphics come in much clearer and are transparent.  The PNG format will work great with MSWord, PowerPoint or any other software.  The EPS file is for use by professional printers only.  Do not try to import EPS files into into your regular software unless your are a professional printer.

Arkansas Map with County Outlines (PowerPoint) - this is a PowerPoint graphic that can be used for presentations. If you want to change a county color just select the county you wish and choose Format then AutoShape. You then choose the Colors and Lines tab.  Use the Fill Color drop down box and choose the fill color you wish.
