[Pictures of publication and articles] The 2011 edition of "Soybeans Today,"
the annual report of the Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board, will be delivered
soon to mailboxes around the state, thanks to the Delta Farm Press.
The eight-page publication includes updates on research conducted by the
University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture and funded by the Arkansas

This year's edition includes stories on soybean vein necrosis, black root
rot, accelerated aging and the red banded stinkbug.
Other research stories cover the use of soy lecithin and soy oil in catfish
feed and work by food scientists to find new and enhanced uses for soy products.
Look for the report with the May 13th issue of Delta Farm Press. "Soybeans
